Having clean lists is crucial to a successful email campaign. While opt-in lists are the best approach to keeping a clean list, sometimes they get old, bots insert spam traps, or people use disposable inboxes. No matter what is going on, keeping your lists from these issues is critical to staying off blacklists and having your emails put into your customers' inboxes.

We offer two services to clean your lists. Lists under 500 contacts long can do a basic cleaning for free. Lists over 500, or if you want advanced algorithms to clean your list, we provide a quick way to clean your lists and insert them back into Cherub Email.

Simple Process. Simple Pricing.

Simply upload your list. Pay for the amount of services needed. Then when it is done processing we'll send you an email with a link to download your cleaned list. That's it!

Pricing is a flat $5 for every 1,000 emails. After you upload your list, we will calculate the price based on the number of emails.

Files must be under 20MB and in CSV format. The CSV should have less than 200,000 emails. Additional columns will not be maintained.

Free Basic Cleaning.

Enter or paste up to 500 emails (one email per line) and we will run some basic cleaning on the list. Results will be back in the list to copy out and do what you want with.

I have some questions.

Are my lists private?

We do not collect any addresses while we process your lists. We only use the lists provided to be processed in the list cleaning service. Emails are not retained or copied during the process.

What happens to my list after being uploaded?

We store your list to process it. Once completed we retain your original list and reports for 7 days and then delete all information from our servers. If there is an error, your data is removed within 24 hours.

Will a clean list result in zero bounces/spam/complaints?

While we strive to do our best based on industry standards, we cannot guarantee that you will be free of any email complaint.

The processed list isn't what I expected. Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds once a list has been paid for and processed.
